General Terms of Sale

These General Terms of Sale (hereinafter "GTS") define the terms for subscribing to and using the paid subscriptions offered by Caroga to Professional Sellers on the Platform www.caroga.be.

Caroga offers several subscription plans, the features and pricing of which are detailed on the dedicated page of the Platform. Prices are quoted in euros excluding VAT. The applicable Belgian VAT (21%) will be charged upon invoicing. Available plans include a limited free tier, as well as monthly or annual subscriptions offering extended features (number of advertisements, priority positioning, visibility badge, advanced statistics). Caroga reserves the right to modify its pricing. Any modification will be communicated to subscribers at least 30 days before taking effect.

New Professional Sellers benefit from a free trial period of 3 months with unlimited access to the Platform's features. Under the ambassador programme, this period may be extended to 6 months. At the end of the trial period, the Seller is free to subscribe to a paid plan or to switch to the free tier.

Subscribing to a paid plan is done online through the Platform. Payment is processed by Stripe, a secure payment provider compliant with PCI-DSS standards. Accepted payment methods include bank cards (Visa, Mastercard) and Bancontact. The monthly subscription is automatically billed each month on the anniversary date of the subscription. The annual subscription is billed in a single payment for 12 months, with a pricing advantage equivalent to 2 free months (10 months billed for 12 months of service).

The monthly subscription may be cancelled at any time from the client area on the Platform. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period. The annual subscription is binding for 12 months; early cancellation does not entitle a refund for the remaining months. Upon cancellation, the Seller's account automatically switches to the free tier. Advertisements exceeding the free tier limit will be deactivated but retained for 6 months, allowing reactivation in case of a new subscription.

In accordance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law (Book VI), the Professional Seller acting in the course of their commercial activity does not benefit from the right of withdrawal applicable to consumers. However, the free trial period of 3 months allows full testing of the service before any financial commitment.

An electronic invoice is issued for each payment and is accessible from the Seller's client area (Stripe billing portal). Invoices state the amount excluding VAT, the applicable VAT rate, and the amount including VAT.

Any complaint relating to a subscription or invoicing may be sent by email to info@caroga.be. Caroga undertakes to respond within 15 working days.

These GTS are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.
